Requirements:

· Ideally, the candidate should have 1-2 years of similar experience in a similar property or environment

· A flair for improvement of offerings and pushing the boundaries in areas of the bar.

· The Bar F&B Supervisor will identify training needs for staff and take pride in team development and coaching

· We are looking for a supervisor who will deliver very high standards of knowledge and customer care

· Strong leader, who leads by example

Shifts / Hours:

· Full Time hours / shift work

Skills / Experience required:

· Have good people’s skills and be proficient working with Opera/Micros

· Be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion and possess strong attention to detail

· Possess a good ability to multitask

· Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
